Booking Policy
Upon booking with us, we require all clients to keep a credit card on file to hold your appointment. This is in place for our cancellation policy.
Cancellation/No-Show
Your pets appointment is very important to us. The time allocated for your pet's appointment is reserved especially for you. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. However, last minute cancellations take away spots for other dogs to be groomed if we do not have enough time to fill the appointment. We are requiring at least 24 hours notice to move/cancel your appointment. Any changes to appointments within 24 hours or a no-show for your appointment will be charged at 50% of the grooming cost.
Drop Off/Pick Up
We expect you to be on time for your appointment in order for our operations to run smoothly. We offer a 15 minute grace period if you are running late, but if you are later than 15 minutes you will be considered a no-show and your appointment will be charged 50% and rescheduled. We also ask that you wait to come pick up your dog until you have received a phone call stating that your pet is ready for pick up, Your dog can react when they hear you come inside which can compromise the safety of your pet.
Payment
We take CARD PAYMENT ONLY for all services. Price estimates given are based off of breed and weight. These prices can increase for a number of factors including your dogs coat condition, temperament, and amount of time between professional grooms. We charge each dog based on the amount of time spent.
We are unable to groom dogs that are in heat, have fleas, are pregnant, have stitches/have had surgery within the last 14 days. If any of these apply to your dog please give us a call to reschedule.
